BARN STYLE EXTENSION

OVERVIEW
RPR Carpentry were engaged to deliver the full carpentry scope for an extension to an existing rural heritage property in collaboration with Blanca Design & Construct.

THE DETAILS

We constructed the entire structure using lightweight timber framing, including all walls, openings, and an integrated steel and timber roof structure that seamlessly tied the new extension into the original building.

Installed Spotted Gum tongue and groove cladding across the full façade of the extension.

Fitted all windows and doors with precise detailing, including flashings and weather barriers to ensure long-lasting performance.

Installed the Spotted Gum hardwood pergola and exposed internal roof beams.

Completed the internal fit-out of both the new extension and the existing property, including skirting, architraves, doors, and windows. ​​​
