OVERVIEW
This custom renovation in Matraville came to life after the homeowner reached out with a clear vision in mind but had difficulty finding a team willing to take on a smaller, detailed project. RPR Carpentry was happy to step in and deliver a high-quality result that honoured their original idea whilst doing it within a reasonable budget.
THE DETAILS

Designed and built a custom outdoor kitchen and BBQ area tailored to the client’s entertaining needs

Installed vertical timber panelling along the downstairs wall to enhance the interior and highlight the client’s artwork

Built a functional and stylish children’s play area, including a custom daybed, bench seating, toy storage and timber screening
THE RESULT
This renovation not only brought the homeowner's ideas to life, but also added real value to their property. The custom outdoor space helped to boost it's appeal and ultimately contributed to a higher sale price when the home went on the market a few years later.
